Project NP62 is a 33 m2 studio apartment with a redesigned layout. Light white tones, birch plywood, lightness and rigor, naturalness and accessibility are the main wishes of the customer.
We made one opening in the load-bearing wall from the kitchen to the living room, all other walls and partitions were left unchanged. The whole apartment is divided into clear zones: sleep, rest, work, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, wardrobe and a hall with a wardrobe in which a washing machine and a water heater are hidden. Two tables on a metal frame, intended for the kitchen and workplace, can be combined into one dining table and can accommodate, if necessary, up to 8 guests. The plywood cube forms the sleeping area and contains very spacious hidden storage spaces.
